What types of mining and construction equipment parts and components do you offer?

We offer a wide range of parts and components suitable for use on Caterpillar® mining and construction equipment. You can get feel for the types of products we supply by browsing this stock on hand store or by visiting our main website at encoparts.com.au. This online store focuses on offering stock that we currently hold in our warehouses in Perth, Australia and includes both Miami, USA, and Piracicaba, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world. For Australian orders, we only accept payments in AUD. For orders with deliveries outside of Australia, we accept payments in both AUD and USD.

What are your payment terms?

All transactions must be paid in full by direct deposit or credit card before the order will be shipped. We will keep you informed via email as the order passes through all the packing and shipping phases up to delivery. If there is a variation in our estimated shipping cost compared to the final quote received back from our freight forwarder, we will update the quote and notify you immediately to minimise any delay getting you the parts you need.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes, we are happy to work directly with your freight forwarder or clearing agent to make delivery arrangements. Alternatively, we will use our own freight services.

How are delivery costs determined?

The delivery cost might be subject to change based on the actual quoted value from our logistics partners. This will be communicated to you during the packing and planning process. Once this has been provided, then only is the payment due based on the finalised quote. If you have chosen to use your own logistics partner for delivery then there is no need for this step.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once payment is received, we will pack and ship the order. We aim to have orders ready to ship the next working day. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method and destination.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?

We are committed to providing high-quality parts and components. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Our warranty terms are referenced in our standard terms & conditions.

How can I track my order?

We will provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track the progress of your delivery.

What if the part I need is not in stock?

If the part you need is not currently in stock, please contact us at parts@encoparts.com.au or you can raise an enquiry on our main website encoparts.com.au. We may be able to source the part for you or provide a suitable alternative.

Do you offer any discounts or special offers?

From time to time, we may offer discounts or special offers. Please check our website or sign up to receive notifications to stay informed about any current promotions.

Can my order be split if items are available from different warehouses?

Yes, if your order includes items from multiple warehouses, we may split the order to ensure you receive all the parts as quickly as possible. For example, if you order 10 units of part number ABC-0000 and we have 5 in our Perth warehouse and 5 in our Miami warehouse, we will process and ship these from their respective locations.

How will I be notified about a split order?

You will receive email notifications throughout the packing and shipping process. This includes updates on which items are being shipped from which warehouse, along with tracking information for each shipment.

Will I be charged separately for split shipments?

No, you will only make one payment for your entire order. Once the order is placed, it may be split into multiple shipments based on warehouse availability, but you will not incur additional charges for separate orders.

What if some items in my order are backordered or unavailable?

If any items in your order are backordered or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can then decide whether to wait for those items or proceed with the available ones. If an item is not available, it will not delay the shipment of the other parts.

How does splitting orders affect delivery times?

Splitting orders may affect delivery times depending on the locations of the warehouses and your shipping address. We strive to ship available items as quickly as possible, but please note that items shipped from different warehouses may arrive on different days.

Can I request specific shipping arrangements for split orders?

Yes, you can specify your shipping preferences when placing your order. We are happy to work with your appointed logistics company / freight forwarder or use our own services to arrange delivery for split shipments.
